A young vibrant company started in 2001. Two individuals by the names of Jay Jay Viljoen and Soulby Jackson started the company out of their home’s garage in Johannesburg. Not knowing what they can and what they would be making of it, it soon became their lively hood and a great success. In the very next year, Air Connected moved to its new location in Strijdom Park Randburg, one of the business hubs of Johannesburg. In 2003 Air Connected signed a contract with Shell SA to become on e of its Gauteng based distributors on oil and lubricants. The business suddenly went form strength to strength. In 2005, after a steady growth over the years, the company was up for sale. Two young individuals saw even greater opportunity with Air Connected and gave up their day jobs and scraped money together to by Air Connected late in 2005. Today Air Connected is one of Shell SA’s top lubricants distributors in Gauteng and we are proud of what we have made our business and what it has become.Export: - Air Connected is a licensed importer and exporter.
- Our main export commodity is LP Gas in bulk.
- We also export oils, Jet A1, Paraffin and Avgas.
- We use third party contractors to do any transport of our products these are reputable transporters in South Africa, such as Unitrans Bulk, Tanker Services and Professional Consolidators.

Pricing - Pricing on oil and lubricants are fixed as per national price list from Shell SA.
- Increases are not fixed and are communicated on month in advance on these products.
- If any discounts, this would apply to each individual respect form customers.
- Pricing on export products are handled individually and pricing is at the discretion of Air Connected.
