• On Site Services - David Brown has fully qualified field service engineers in most key geographies, available to provide a number of key services, direct to your process. From condition monitoring and fault diagnostics through to installation, commissioning, alignment checks and emergency repairs.
• Repair, Overhaul and Upgrade - Our customers expect us not just to repair transmissions. They want increased capacity and performance, improved reliability and durability - but without changes in the process equipment geometry. We use our technical know-how and experience to drive value into any overhaul or repair.
• Retrofit Replacement Transmissions - In some instances a repair or overhaul is not an economic way to achieve a reliable and upgraded process. Through detail analysis and intimate understanding of the process, David Brown is able to provide replacement transmissions that fit neatly into the original footprint and equipment geometry but provide substantial performance enhancements, whether David Brown or another manufacturer had made the original transmission.
