Europower Group History
Europower Hydraulics was established in the UK during 1969 and was marketed in South Africa by Hydraflex. Europower is one of the leading European manufacturers and suppliers of rubber hydraulic hose,thermo-plastic hose,PTFE hose and high pressure hose couplings.
Europower Africa became a separate entity in South Africa during 1997 and is proud to have sister companies in the USA, France, Czech Republic, Poland, United Kingdom and Germany.Europower products, which comply with ISO 9002 standards, are represented in 49 other countries around the world.
Europower Africa has dedicated sales representatives who cover all the provinces in South Africa. Europower Africa also has customers in Sub-Saharan countries such as Swaziland, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Moçambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Kenya, Mauritius and Madagascar.
Manufacturing Capacity
Europower has developed its manufacturing capabilities to be able to produce in excess of 50 million turned steel components per year from its production site in Poznan, Poland.
Hose production takes place at its modernized manufavturing facility in Whitby, North Yorkshire, which has seen major investment take place in order to incorporate the manufacture of thermoplastic and PTFE as well as traditional rubber products.

Europower Africa offer literature, including catalogues, CD Rom, assist distributors with advertising, mining & industrial shows, product and practical training at Europower Africa premises as well as at customer’s premises (if so preferred by the customer), road shows and technical advice and recommendations.
