Horizontal Belt Filters
Horizontal Belt Filters can be applied to many different slurries, including fibrous materials, fine slimes, and coarse granular solids.
They provide high extraction efficiency, low cake moisture, increased production and reduced operating costs while achieving maximum filtration area in comparison to other filter options. Both Eimco-Extractor® and Dorr-Oliver horizontal belt filters maximize cake purity at a minimum cost per pound of product. Our filters are especially suited for applications requiring low cake moisture and multi-stage washing. Low energy consumption and high filtration rate make Dorr-Oliver Eimco filters an excellent choice for a wide range of processes.

Vacuum Drum Filters - Conventional Drum Filters
Dorr-Oliver Eimco continuous vacuum drum filters are designed to handle the broadest range of slurries of any filter.
This permits drum filters to be used in a variety of applications. In order to minimize energy consumption, feed should be concentrated as much as possible prior to filtration. Pretreatment by flocculation in many industrial applications prevents media blinding by fine solids and improves production rate.
Continuous vacuum filters allow a more complete separation of solids from liquids than any other mechanical dewatering filters. Vacuum filters are not as dependent on specific gravity differentials for the degree of clarity, nor are they subject to upset due to variation in the process.

Horizontal Pan Filters
The FLSmidth Minerals Horizontal Pan Filter is a simple and rugged unit designed for washing and dewatering a wide-variety of granular materials.
The filter provides continuous filtration and cake washing by using a horizontal rotating table used for suspensions with fast settling solids without cloth blinding properties. Cake is discharged by scroll, moving the cake over the edge of the table into a discharge chute.
The Pan Filter is used in applications in mining and metallurgical beneficiation, and in the chemical industry.
