We are an injection mould maker with 12 years experiences in the plastic industry, initially we devote and specialized in making huge plastic injection moulds for car and computer parts, over the years we have created A Quality which has placed us at forefront of the professional industry.
So far we design and manufacture plastic moulds and plastic products in a wide ranges, including automotive, computer components, electronic equipment, and medical equipments etc. in material ABS, PC/ABS, PP, PA/PA66, HIPS, PVC, PE... annually we produce an average of about 800 molds, and most of our products export to Canada, USA, Australia and European countries.
There have CNC, EDM, WIRE-CUT, Grinding, Milling and drilling machines in the workshop. We have 27,000 square meters factory for tool making. Also we have 42 sets injection molding machine in another separate plant for mass production, with capability from 25tons up to 1000tons.
