HMI manufactures instrumentation Needle/Gauge Valves used in Oilfield, Industrial, Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Food Processing, Primary Metals and other comparable applications where the flow of high pressure, abrasive laden gases and fluids need to be controlled.

HMI valves have either metal to metal hard seats (10,000 psi @ 200 degree F) or Delrin soft seats (6,000 psi @ 200 degree F). Threaded NPT connections, 1/4" - 1" are standard in both Male x Female and Female x Female configurations. Standard body materials include zinc plated carbon steel or 316SS. As a standard, HMI 316SS valves conform to the latest revision of NACE specification MR01-75. Material traceability documentation available with each shipment.
