Mills & Otten is a specialist, independent environmental consulting firm established in 1992. The firm was formed by Charles Mills, an engineering geologist and Kirstin Otten, an environmental scientist. Both partners have substantial experience in waste management, pollution monitoring, environmental auditing and geotechnical investigations. An extensive network of associates with legal, engineering, biological and geohydrological backgrounds is available for inclusion in specific project teams.
