OAT design, install and manufacture energy efficient wireless lighting control systems specifically for multi storey car parks. All of our installations are eligible for Government grants or ECAs and the typical energy savings are 40 - 50% with payback of as little as one year. The systems are ideal for retrofit as they are wireless and there is little or no disruption during installation. OAT are also Energy Consultants and carry out energy surveys with Building Management Systems being one of the specialities that we deal in. Surveys are generally free of charge when surveying a car park for energy efficiency measures. Energy surveys in buildings and offices are completed either on a daily rate or resultant savings percentages.
