For over 60 years P&B has been at the forefront of motor protection in the UK and overseas. Its Golds Relays have been an industry standard for over five decades. The Micro Golds Range , introduced ten years ago is already firmly established as its successor, offering an electronic alternative to the thermal gold relay.

More recently we have introduced the Vision range of relays, which offer a choice of Motor or Transformer/Feeder Protection. It incorporates state of the art technology with control, protection, communication and ease of use. We have also developed an Auto Changeover Scheme utilising only four Vision relays - as opposed to 40 in other schemes.

We also specialise in the provision of Generator, Transformer and Feeder Protection Systems, mainly for the Oil and Petrochemical industries.
