PEI uses chemical machining/etching as a process to selectively remove material by chemical action. This process, an excellent alternative to stamping or other typical metal part fabrication methods, is extraordinarily cost effective.

We have the capability to chemically machine from .0005 inches to .090 inches in many materials including :

Aluminum, Beryllium Copper, Brass, Copper, Kovar, Magnesium, Mild steel, Stainless Steel, Molybdenum, Nickel, Nickel Iron, Pewter, Phosphor Bronze, Silver, Tin, Titanium, Zinc, and Zirconium
