Pumpco Engineering specialises in pumping equipment for the mining, industrial, commercial, agri-cultural, horticultural and domestic sectors. About 60% of the company’s business comes from the mining and industrial sectors. Since its inception in 1983, Pumpco Engineering has completed a number of projects similar to the one completed for Hernic Ferrochrome. Some of the projects it has successfully completed include Airgro’s Monte Casino project, Bateman Mineral’s Suzdal project and De Beers’ Venetia mine. Assmang Chrome, SA Chrome, Xstrata, Grinaker LTA, Sun City, Keyplan and the power stations are some other prominent clients.
