Rheonik manufacture coriolis flowmeters built using the patented Omega Tube design. Flowmeters are available sized for flow rates from 0.03kg/min (0.07lbs/min) up to 1500 tonnes/hr (1650 ton/hr) with pressure ratings up to 900 Bar (13,000psi) and temperature ranges from -200°C to 400°C (-328°F to 752°F).
Meters can be supplied for pipe sizes up to 12" / DN300.
Rheonik meters also have fiscal approvals, can measure density and be supplied in Tantalum, Hastelloy and Stainless Steel. All Rheonik meters are intrinsically safe for hazardous area installation.
The meter range is supported by a variety of transmitters, both field and rack mounting, giving analog, frequency and digital outputs to connected control systems. Batch control and HART communication options are available.
Rheonik mass flowmeters are extremely tolerant to entrained gas bubbles in liquid streams and are unaffected by viscosity/density changes and pressure pulsations.
