Taylor Group Diecastings is a producer of high pressure diecastings, operating since 1930. Through ongoing and internally financed investment programmes we have been able to develop and modernise our plant and equipment.

We concentrate on the manufacture of the following high pressure diecasting alloys -

1. Zinc Zamak (ZL3 & ZL5) - up to a maximum weight of 1,500 gms and a minimum shot weight of 20 gms in batch sizes of 1,000 to 500,000 shots.

and

2. Aluminium (LM6 & LM24) up to a maximum weight of 1,000 gms and a minimum shot weight of 80 gms in batch sizes of 500 to 250,000 shots.

Using modern data controlled Frech high pressure diecasting machines with locking forces up to 200 tonnes allowing us greater flexibility. The company concentrates mainly on the Telecommunication, Hydraulic & Pneumatic, Electronic market sectors in the UK.
